How does it work in the EU for you? In my experience it's the same bullshit
- bionsystem 3y agoNot your parent but for me you take what they give you. You might be able to get 5% more but that's about it. In a lot of places yearly raises are uncommon or slow. My first company would go beyond 10% for juniors but it would plateau eventually, usually you take 2-5% and that's it, to get 10%+ you need to change jobs and you cannot do that every year without being categorized as unstable in your next jobs.
