Ask HN: Scraping Legality?
Is it legal to scrape and sell the resulting scraped data? Can you be sued for doing so? In the United States.
- gregjor 3y agoSearch engines scrape and profit from it. Scraping is legal (and that is trivially easy to find out with a quick Google search).
