i wonder what happens if both parties claim to be the prostitute?
- halJordan 3y agoIf they're both selling sex then they're both buying it.
- pasquinelli 3y agoi was imagining a dispute between the parties, with both claiming to be the seller and that the other is the buyer.
- smelendez 3y agoWould this come up that often? It seems like an easier defense would be for the buyer to say there was no payment involved and hope the seller does the same to avoid having to testify.
