    That can hardly be an argument to rule something new as "unconstitutional". I'm going to need to assume that this is an oversimplifying summary then?

      I agree with you, but the members of supreme court don't seem to care. They use even shallower arguments to justify a ~1996 eVault model as "reliable" and "safe", and the public opinion has to buy it. Bolsonaro decided to step up against all that, and the rest is history now.

        Unfortunately he did a lot of BS along the way which made it easy to dismiss everything he said.
