Not sure what you mean, but I probably can't help you find DMT beyond suggesting travel to places where it's legal or decriminalized. I'm not the person to ask whether it's a good thing for you, my own experience has been that people have almost always enjoyed having tried it, and often felt like they were benefitted by it
