- operatingthetan 3y agoDid you rise up through the ranks or did you get hired as an EM?
- howmuchamipaid1 3y agoTen years as IC before I switched to management. My level has been flat for about 6 years though due to poor choices (I stuck around in a couple of go-nowhere projects, ...)
- igetspam 3y agoThis sounds like where I am right now. Made some bad choices in alignment and I'm flat. Maybe I'll crawl out, maybe I won't. I have an exit strategy though, so in the long run, it will pay off.
