That line was already crossed. Many police departments refuse to stock Narcan because they don't want to deal with junkie drama. Something about the situation in general feels wrong. There is no balance. The customer is allowed to be discriminating in where they choose to shop, but the storeowner is not allowed to choose who they accept the liabilities of doing business from. This sets a bad precedent in enabling customer thuggery. I feel like the same rights should be afforded to both parties, but it leads to situations like you suggest, which isn't right either. I don't know where the middle ground is.
