I'm a bit bummed that the impact on the status page is listed as "degraded performance". It's completely unreachable for some users. I just set up 3 people with Fastmail yesterday, and today they are asking me why it doesn't work :( It's also funny how random the problem seems to be. It works for me, but a friend 200km away hasn't been able to reach Fastmail all day.
