How do you differentiate to chatbase, sitegpt, and all the other providers out there? I am also building algomo, a customer service automation platform and wonder how you are thinking about the problem of competition
- ikoichi2112 3y agoThat's a very good question. At the moment the main diversification is about using Notion as the data for training (along with sitemap.xml and PDFs). I'll probably get a better idea by talking to the users. Competition is high, but I think there's a space for every product, and if those already present are successful, it means that the product is already validated.
