I've been desperate to give Youtube money for some sort of premium experience to remove advertising but their insistence of bundling that product with Youtube Music and jacking up the price makes it a non-starter. I already have Apple Music, I just can't justify paying $23 dollars every month for my kids and I when when it comes with a Music service we'll never use. For the love of god Google just offer a standalone Youtube Premium option without the music subscription.
