Do you think we should increase housing supply?
- antisthenes 3y agoIf you think we should increase housing supply, allow people to build cheaper housing and relax building codes. As it stands, home builders will extract all possible value from building a house and take it for themselves, building homes exactly as expensive as the current ones in the market. There's no incentive to lower the price.
