> Why are you ignoring these heinously vile crimes against humanity and demanding yet more endless war from your in-place war criminals, instead of demanding they be frog-marched to rot in chains in The Hague, where they belong? Oh yeah, American moral authority to murder innocents is greater and carries a bigger stick than the ICC ..
> You better stop bleating about Russia and start informing yourself. Start by reading the Wikileaks materials, before its too late.
America has committed heinous crimes overseas but Russia is by far worse. It's very likely America has killed more civilians because they have been involved in more wars for longer.
But there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Russias wars are far more brutal and I don't think you are taking that into account.
Russian wars don't just involve civilian casualties they involve intentional large scale war crimes and atrocities like destroying dams, forcibly transferring children back to Russia from occupied areas and torturing and raping civilians as young as four.
Russia pretty much revels in committing genocide in Ukraine.
These types of actions are a cut above what the US has been accused of doing.
- boffinAudio 3y ago>America has committed heinous crimes overseas but Russia is by far worse. No, this is entirely incorrect. Just a couple of cases, out of an extraordinarily heinous litany of war crimes, and crimes against humanity: Mosul, and Raqqa. Two cities of two million people. The military support of the genocide of 20 million souls in Yemen by a fascist totalitarian-authoritarian dictatorship: whose bombs are they, exactly? Russia has a long way to go to catch up with the US' depravity. Your ignorance is inexcusable. Possibly you view the atrocities in Ukraine as being more vast in scale than the atrocities in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Somalia and Yemen - because these are not white people nations. https://airwars.org/ https://airwars.org/

This is another post entirely missing the point likely on purpose. > Just a couple of cases, out of an extraordinarily heinous litany of war crimes, and crimes against humanity: Mosul, and Raqqa. Two cities of two million people. Yet America has committed a lot of war crimes and has a total disregard for civilians causalities in a lot of. situations. Russia on the hand uses sexual violence and torture as a part of their warfare on a scale that is inhumane and disgusting. From Chechnya to Ukraine, Russia has always been less humane and more monstrous, they have always done worse things. From raping and torturing children in Ukraine, the filtration camp system in Chechnya, to the crimes against humanity like blowing up the Kharkova dam in Ukraine. Russians have always done worse things then America just a smaller scale.
- boffinAudio 3y agoThe existence of 1,000 CIA Black-op torture sites refute your argument completely. Americans rape and torture in the privacy of their fascist CIA playgrounds. America's military support of the genocide of Yemen by a fascist, totalitarian authoritarian dictatorship which murders and tortures children as a matter of state policy, refutes your argument, completely. The destruction of Mosul and Raqqa - crimes against humanity of extreme magnitude - refute your claim of moral authority utterly. >Russians have always done worse things then America just a smaller scale. False. Because the American people have willfully allowed their own nation to get away with war crimes, crimes against humanity and massive violation of human rights at scale - without repercussions - Russia is able to merely follow the international precedent (set by the USA and its allies) for committing war crimes, and crimes against humanity, based on the internationally binding precedent established with, for example, the illegal invasion and destruction of Iraq, Libya, or Syria ... where rape and torture definitely occurred under the watchful eye of American war-fighters; albeit through the terror groups the US funded, armed, and supported, specifically for that very purpose: ISIS, Al'Qaeda, etc. Your media simply doesn't inform you about the scale and magnitude of these crimes, because they answer to the same people profiting from bomb manufacture and delivery ... but the rest of the world sees, even if the American people are too cowardly to confront the truth.
