It has a top-ranked biz school that focuses on startups. Still, the CS department laps the biz school in "market cap created". I think that EE does as well, and there are probably a couple of other departments that have created more market cap. (Bio-tech is the obvious candidate.) I think that a biz school that creates more market cap than the top technical departments is evidence that the technical departments are failing.
