I guess it might be better than no VPN in a pinch, but who would seriously voluntarily trust their browsing data to Microsoft? Sure, they might not be able to see everything because of TLS, but then again, it's using their browser, so who is to say this isn't another surveillance vector that we later will find out was using a flawed encryption scheme?
