Stripe = Scammers. They're keeping over 150k EUR (yes, the number is correct) from my vpn business for over 1 year. They stopped replying to emails, and the last time they did, they said they were "investigating the case". I'm considering suing them, but I'm on a different country/jurisdiction and it's complicated to do so, not to mention the costs involved. In my case, they never refunded the charges, they simply kept them under the guise of "unauthorized payments", something they should prevent. Merchants have no way to prevent a crook from using someone else's card. They should have refunded/kept "unauthorized payments" individualy, not everything, this is called theft. In my case, the services were digital and most already rendered.
