- swalling 3y agoThere is no guarantee of severance if you are fired for documented performance issues under an “at will” employment contract, which most full time positions in tech are.
- gloryjulio 3y agoIf you quit by yourself you won't even get the paycheck. Do minimum and drag the pip out. Look for new jobs
