- bamfly 3y agoAnyone maintaining their own backups as a cost-savings strategy must have found a much more efficient way to do it than I have. Plus value their time at $0/hr. And/or are doing it in a way that's guaranteed to lose much of their data at least once in their lifetime. I doubt enough people were still using this that it'll make much difference in iCloud profits even if all of them who weren't already paying for iCloud, start.
