Human psychology is a huge consideration for long term missions. The article is light on details but if they are indeed isolated and have to be self-reliant for a year then this experiment is way more valuable than you give it credit for!
- jqpabc123 3y agoHuman psychology is a huge consideration in selling the idea that a long term mission and any results obtained will justify the time, effort, cost and risk involved. The only realistic result at this time is most likely bragging rights and a few Mars rocks if we're lucky and few dead people if not.
