The customer is the health insurance. This is why most of the health systems have issues now, because the patient is not the customer, the patient is only a vehicle to extract money out of the health insurance.
- LastTrain 3y agoThe person consuming the medicine is not the consumer? I catch your point, and maybe you’re right if the insurance company is paying 100%, but if there is a co-pay of any sort the sick cancer patient is also the consumer.
