How would you say timezones are an issue with remote work? It's not like they would be any different if people were going into an office.
- codr7 3y agoIt is pretty rare to have people from different time zones in the same office though.
- diob 3y agoI agree with you, it comes down to communication. If folks can't communicate ideas clearly (written), then your team will suffer regardless of location.
- timbit42 3y agoTimezones are an issue if you move out of North America. Some people move to Latin America so the timezones are similar. Moving to Asia is tricky unless you like to work all night and sleep during the day.
