At likely negative cost to the company.
- stavros 3y agoThey already pay me less because I work remotely, so it's priced in.
- hattar 3y agoWhat I meant to say was, you're already saving them money by not going in. You're saving them the cost of office space, parking, etc. And then as you've pointed out, on top of all that they're paying you less.
