I don’t believe people ever enjoy drinking. It’s bad to have your mind altered and mental capabilities such as memory reduced, period. To do and say things you normally wouldn’t. It’s rather that those who regularly drink can’t enjoy themselves without drinking when the time for a fix comes. It’s an addiction, even if withdrawals are less noticeable due to normalization of drinking and the regularity of the act for most people.
