Will the growing deer prion epidemic spread to humans? Why not?

- kelseyfrog 3y agoYep, we're not owed a just ending. If anything, a bias toward just endings makes us more succeptible to unjust endings by vacuuming up attention that they would otherwise un-biasedly deserve.
- mothsonasloth 3y agoThere was a scare that BSE time bomb would explode in the UK in the 2010s As prions in children of 1990s brains would develop as they matured into adults. Never happened...
- bart_spoon 3y agoThe title makes it sounds like the assumption is deer prions will spread to humans. I encourage everyone here to actually read the article. It makes an argument about why this is not something to worry much about.
