Good to know, does the client have a basis to withhold payment simply due to believing my hours did not align with the "unusable" code they received? This is the lamest thing I've ever seen someone try to pull. They even said they were generous with offering to pay a portion of the invoice, like they aren't legally required to uphold their end of the damn contract...
