- mint2 3y agoNow consider that If the next election goes one way and there’s some judge turn over, they’ll revisit it and it will be 5-4 overturning this ruling.
- HDThoreaun 3y agoNone of the justices ruled in favor of ISL. The 3 dissents were all because the north carolina supreme court became a republican held institution and overturned the original ruling, making the case moot in their opinion.
