  Of course! Long term family (or self) illnesses are devastating, especially anything degenerative. Thankfully those are mostly special cases, which I say as someone who's been through it. Contrariwise, I've heard of people stress out about how large their Steam backlog has grown.

  To me school was a big culprit and can track the beginning of stress in my life. A lot of times it was just stress for the sake of getting used to it and I get that but it’s quite cynical
