Not in my experience. It has more to do with funding. We have a specific tax levied just for transit, and people don't vote to increase it.
- bichiliad 3y agoI'm treating them as one and the same here. My point is more that it's not endemic of public transit itself, but the way it's implemented (and supported and funded).
