Time will tell, but I think it's a smart move. A lot of VR content is short-form and well suited for a subscription style binging option.
- upon_drumhead 3y agoThere is a critical difference. Game pass gives you access to the entire library from day one. This one requires you to log in once a month to claim the two new games and also hold onto the subscription to keep them in your account. Day one is only a game or two. Vastly different tactics.
- smoldesu 3y agoNice catch! I assumed it was a Netflix-style subscription, not a Humble Bundle one. That could significantly damper adoption among Quest owners.
- meltyness 3y agoThis seems more like PlayStation Underground, like at the dawn of 3D. Probably sane, demos are great.
