the worker had “intentionally stepped in front of the live engine” on the jet. It doesnt sound like this is a worker safety issue

    It could also just be true. Im not sure why you'd start making assumptions without reasons for doing so

      You're right, these cases could all be suicides. But somehow I doubt it.
