I have no idea what the plan is for Italy, Portugal, Spain, and South Korea.
They're all aging incredibly rapidly and the first three have generous pension systems that are going to be impossible to reduce

- silverquiet 3y agoI assume it's the same plan to deal with climate change or any of the other intractable problems facing humanity; hope.
- forinti 3y agoPortugal has relaxed its citizenship requirements and there are tons of Brazilians who could ramp up its workforce. The thing is that it's not that cheap a country anymore and salaries are still quite low compared to the larger EU economies. Housing is a lot cheaper in Italy (another country with a large diaspora in the Americas).
