Strong agreement. I'm building a tool for dynamic configuration and that makes this doubly fun, because now the configuration can come from a remote, live updating source as well. In Prefab, the source can be a default file, env specific defaults, live values, or machine specific overrides when doing local development. Right now I've landed on printing out the name, value & source type and path on boot.
