So was it all an opportunistic ploy by Prigozhin to get a lifestyle upgrade in Belarus and more catering contracts and PMC prison recruits?
- ithkuil 3y agoLifestyle upgrade? In exile? That guy is a billionaire. He chose to own and run a private milita after he was already rich. I don't buy that his motivations for all this was to get a "lifestyle upgrade". What upgrade is there to be had? Bigger jacuzzi in Minsk? Are there indications that his businesses are in trouble? Did he burn his fortune by financing Wagner too much?
