Classic post-rationalization imo. If someone had written "conditions are now optimal for Wagner to stage faux-coup stunt to get what he wants" on Wednesday or Thursday, I'd be impressed. But claiming afterwards that the idealness of the conditions is proof that he must have been planning it for a while...the author is just fooling himself. He should read Taleb's The Black Swan.
