I assume the end game is freezing human organs from people who die in situations where the organs are viable but not needed at the time (or location), this could make a dramatic improvement to our ability to save lives when it works in humans. I hope this leads to additional funding
- est31 3y agoYeah right now, organs get cooled, and then one charters private flights for those organs to bring them to their destination. Also, maybe further research can enable whole bodies to be cooled in a similar way. That would enable a lot of very cool things (pun intended).
