That's not what the word strawman means.

GP is actually understating this; if my budget and revenue is $0, then I cannot run a school or enterprise at all and it will file for bankruptcy and close. A strawman is the informal fallacy of refuting an argument different from the one being discussed. I never said that a budget should be $0 or "without money". That's a reductio ad absurdum.
