And they get most of their fertilizer from Russia. Russia is cranking up their prices because of the trade war being enacted on them because of their actions in Ukraine. Brazil had also imported a ton of wheat from Ukraine before the war. And is full of people that couldn't really afford a 15% increase in price versus the over 100% increase in retail price of wheat. Just ask google who the top producers of -fertilizer- are. You can't farm without it.
