In other words, he is saying that poor Putin was deceived but these evil people from Ministry of Defence.
- hutzlibu 3y agoThat still makes Putin weak, when he, who was raised by the KGB, is not able to get acurate information. (He does have internet btw. and he speaks more than russian.)
