  >The ortho and para forms of water have recently been isolated. Para water was found to be 25% more reactive for a proton-transfer reaction. Does this mean that the thing with magnets "treating" water might actually have some (small but not zero) value? Might this do something to the reactive properties of octane/gasoline?
