- amaccuish 3y agoThey're likely the "anti-terrorist" measures that have been announced. Not hard to say at all.
- jcrites 3y agoRussian (state) controlled vehicles there for security? Can you link to sources? The (very few) videos that I've seen look like Russian state vehicles.
- watwut 3y agoNot Wagner. They are preparation - response of Russian security services to potential threat.
