Exploring CoAP with Packet Captures
- samtho 3y agoI kind of thought this would be a blog post style breakdown, walking the reader through the various concepts of CoAP via packet capture and exploration. That’s not to say it isn’t useful, because this is a great starting point for someone looking to peak under the hood here, but I probably would have called it, “How to inspect CoAP packets with Wirehsark.” Otherwise this is good information and I’m happy that there are resources for more people to learn about it in an interactive way.

- hlandau 3y agoWorth noting it is possible to embed decryption keys inside .pcapng files, using editcap --inject-secrets.
