Interesting how this will turn out in the future. I think longterm, Rocky and Alma Linux will have to switch to the (oh so unstable) CentOS Stream sources. I just don't see anything else feasible for them. In the end their users will run de facto Centos Stream - Just what Redhat intended in the first place! On a serious note, this model will allow users to contribute back more effectively. With the current "bug-for-bug compatible" model this was completely out of the question.
