How do you phrase the rejection to maximize the chance of proceeding to the next interview stage?
- WastingMyTime89 3y agoYou don’t try to. You just say are not doing take home in a firm and polite way expecting things to end there and sometimes they think it’s still worth interviewing you.
- akvadrako 3y agoI explain about the asymmetric risk part and just say it's an option if they pay for the time. Many companies are fine with this as hiring is expensive.
