This is such a bad take. As if rich people suddenly lose the ability to feel novelty. As if a normal person going to see the grand canyon is "So they can recant their journey as an intrepid explorer (/s) at <a neighborhood barbecue.>" Maybe, just maybe, the ultra rich have similar motivations as most other people and want to see cool shit. They just have way more spending money to make whatever they want a reality.
