> Dodge ranked the highest overall in terms of initial quality, while Chrysler and Volvo were jointly ranked lowest
This statement had me skeptical at the results as Dodge and Chrysler have the same exact electronics.
- bob_theslob646 3y agoIt's specifically talking about Ram. Kind of confusing, to be fair as the ram pickup truck got the highest quality award "Highest-Ranking Brands and Models Dodge is the highest-ranking brand overall in initial quality with a score of 140 PP100. Among mass market brands, Ram (141 PP100) ranks second and Buick (162 PP100) ranks third."[1](https://www.jdpower.com/business/press-releases/2023-us-initial-quality-study-iqs https://www.jdpower.com/business/press-releases/2023-us-init...)
