I thought CAPTCHAs like the example were already broken by AI like, 4+ years ago? Besides, spending ~10 seconds (I imagine that's at least how long it takes for Bing to generate a response) per captcha and having to bypass whatever measures Bing definitely has in place to prevent spam from using up its GPUs, makes it near useless for causing real problems.
