I'm still skeptical of non-crank windows after seeing virtually all motorized windows eventually give out in 90's models.
- oblio 3y agoThe 90s were 20+ years ago. We learned how to make reliable electric windows at least 15 years ago.
- kortilla 3y agoYour sample is biased to the very first generation electric windows which are definitely crap.
- wrycoder 3y agoWe had electric windows in the fifties and the motors were reliable. The usual problem back then was the window track lining (a fur-like channel) wore out, and then the window cocked and jammed when you moved it.
