How did you go about getting this team in India? My experience is it is exceptionally easy to get a medicore offshore team, but a lot more difficult to find a very high quality team among all the average or poor quality ones.
- digitcatphd 3y agoI went through dozens and when I found one I could trust I treated them like kings. The reality is most people treat offshore workers like trash, so I don't blame them for screwing over non technical people who don't understand what they are doing. The second reality is there is no such thing as mediocre anymore so long as they use AI to code. This is precisely my point, the marginal advantage of a 10x engineer and a team of 20 + to build something awesome is now cut in 1/2, soon probably 1/4.
