Using/Embedding third-party resources is allowed IF it is e.g. technically necessary to provide the service or core functionality at all. Collecting personal information and using a third-party service to do so in a shop checkout? That's okay. Collecting personal information and shoving everything into Google Analytics because you want to know how many people visited your site? Not so okay, there are less intrusive ways to do that.
