Great post! Like some of the other comments none of the points were really new to me, but it's good to read them again every now and again. I think focusing on B2B is always great advice for solo hackers. Personally I particularly struggle with charging too little. Especially early on you want to just get people use your product and it's tempting to lower prices to achieve this.
