Ask HN: NDA, CV and Interviews

How to list in a CV something that would be against the NDA? Or how to treat questions on job interview that could go against the NDA? Let say that you work in cybersecurity field and that someone asks you how exactly did you achieve something. If you disclose that info, you are breaching NDA and if you can't show your exact skills why would someone hire you? If you were a contactor and NDA prohibits disclosure of client name how can anyone verify your work experience? I'd like to hear opinions both from job seekers and companies that area hiring.
